Join the LCS community for a special day of reflection, learning, and festive celebration. This is an opportunity to step back from the day-to-day, explore what’s new in the world of improvement, and get inspired for 2026, while connecting with peers from across the community.

Afternoon: Learning & Reflection (12:00–4:00pm)

The afternoon will feature expert talks and an interactive workshop designed to spark discussion and inspire action.

• AI & the Future of Improvement – Exploring how artificial intelligence is shaping the next era of continuous improvement. (Tim Edwards)
• A Year in Review & Looking Ahead to 2026 – Reflecting on key trends and what’s next for the improvement landscape. (Tim Edwards)
• Continuous Improvement Culture within a Customer Centric Environment – Understanding how strong organisational culture drives sustainable success. (Ian Edwards)
• Personal Branding Workshop – A hands-on session to help you define and develop your professional identity. (Pia Graham & Tim Edwards)

Evening: End-of-Year Celebration (6:00pm–12:00am)

After a day of learning, the evening provides an opportunity to unwind and celebrate the year’s achievements together. The celebration includes:

• Festive cocktail on arrival
• Three-course dinner and networking
• Half a bottle of wine per person

Dress code: Christmas Party Attire – festive, smart, and ready to celebrate
