1.00-1.15pm: Arrival

1.15-1.30pm: Introduction to the day and LCS update

1.30-2.30pm: Stephen Murphy (Legal & General)
How a set of principles set the foundation for Continuous Improvement

An exploration of how establishing clear improvement principles helped create a sustainable and scalable continuous improvement approach across a large organisation.

2.30-3.30pm: Stuart Mitton (People Centred Excellence) alongside Richard Bonn (Aethr)
Reducing Waste, Building Sustainability: The Lean Connection

An interactive workshop exploring how Lean thinking and sustainability strategies can work together to reduce operational and environmental waste.

3.30-3.50pm: Break

Why Do Some Organisations Consistently Realise Transformation Outcomes,While Others Struggle?

Analysing valuable findings from 40 global transformation leaders to understand what methods really drive sustainable, resilient transformation and how the Delivery System Resilience Model can be applied to achieve this.
