Drawing on her experience within the NHS and a background in Business Analysis, Esther will share practical insights into how Agile principles, clear operating models, and

sustainable behavioural change.

designed at leadership level but effectively embedded into everyday frontline practice
to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.
