Delivering Transformation for Businesses of the Future: Tools for Tomorrow

Wednesday 19th November 2025

Delivering Transformation for Businesses of the Future: Tools for Tomorrow

Delivering transformation is one of the greatest challenges facing organisations today. While ambition is high, research shows that 70–90% of transformation initiatives fail to achieve their intended outcomes. The question is no longer whether organisations should transform, but how they can deliver transformation effectively and realise measurable results.

MIGSO-PCUBED, in partnership with The Lean Competency System (LCS), are pleased to host an in-person cross-industry event exploring the future trends, challenges and success factors in delivering Transformation effectively - and how Lean Innovation principles and tools can make the difference. Bringing together senior leaders responsible for delivering transformation projects or improving PPM capability. The event will focus on what it really takes to move from ambition to outcomes.

Through keynote insights, interactive workshops, and peer discussion, participants will explore:

✔️ The trends shaping delivery and management of transformation
✔️ The challenges faced and success factors in delivering transformation effectively
✔️ How Lean Innovation principles and tools can be applied to drive successful outcomes

Why participate?

  • Share and learn insights from cross-industry peers and research
  • Identify Lean Innovation tools and success factors to accelerate your target outcomes
  • Shape the final narrative to be published in December 2025 with actionable insights for 2026

This is an opportunity to go beyond theory; engage in open dialogue, learn from real-world experience, and co-create actionable solutions that will strengthen the ability to deliver transformation successfully.
