LCS accreditation has helped embed our improvement methodology across the organisation. Being able to externally certify our people gives Continuous Improvement real credibility—it's no longer seen as something extra, but as an essential way of working. The internationally recognised qualification reinforces that CI isn’t a temporary initiative; it’s how we deliver sustainable improvement in the NHS.
